We rented a home through Julie for a about a year and a half. Though our relationship with the property owner was adversarial at best, Julie was fair and communicative throughout. We would totally rent through her again in the future as she was always reasonable and easy to deal with.
Julie was fantastic to work with as I navigated renting site unseen. You can tell she really cares about her tenants and clients being satisfied and happy. She’s very clear in her communication, which made the process seem simple and seamless. I’m grateful to be renting through her!!
Agent, Julie, is flighty and unresponsive. We rented a pit of a house from her, sight unseen, as we were moving from out of state. Photos of the backyard must have been taken with a fisheye lens. No screens were present on windows upon move in. This was discussed with Julie, and she said they would be replaced. They were never replaced, and we were charged for them upon move out.
