Every time I call AAC my questions/concerns are answered thoroughly and if something needs to be addressed, it always is in a timely fashion. Also, this past weekend I had the pleasure of speaking with Marilyn Allen at a conference directly and she took the time to address concerns of mine, give me fresh ideas about practicing and made it very clear that I could reach out to her and her team directly, at any time. It added to my satisfaction of being insured by AAC!
