RecommendedMy air conditioner broke down on a Friday night. After several phone calls, American was the only company who could send out representatives immediately (15 minutes after I called) to check out my situation. DJ and Dave evaluated the situation and told me I needed new inside and outside units. I suspected this- the system was 17 years old. 😃Anthony was the tech man who came to the house. Efficient and had good manners...ie wiped his shoes before entering, pleasant and understood the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I have had this company for many years and they are reliable and the best ones to call for any of your problems.

They were on time, fast service and very professional. The work was outstanding also.
Had to replace my AC system that they installed back in 2012. Age finally took its toll. Rob was very helpful explaining about the new system. The next morning the workers came out to remove the old system and install the new. I switched to a Heat Pump system. The workers were very good. They were proficiant, and didn,t waste time with installation. They cleaned up any mess they made and helped me move the heavy items that was blocking the work area.
