RecommendedOur existing AC failed one afternoon in August 2017. Had Micah come out and check on our system and he clearly laid out some options, both for repair and for replacement. We decided on replacement and the prices were very competitive with other AC installers. They even had a portable AC unit to get us by (a couple days in August) until they could install. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND AMAZING COMPANY!!!!! We lost the fan on our compressor last night. So basically no AC during an extreme heat wave. My husband has terminal cancer and really can't be moved. I made 1 phone call to Mike and within 5 hours it was fixed. That's unheard of!!!! I would recommend these guys to EVERYONE!! Thank you Mike....from Tiffany and James

From Christine Conner: Thank you Tommy and American Air and Heat for repairing my AC in such a timely manner! My AC went out yesterday morning, I called at 730am even though you do not open until 8am. I was so very happy when Donna answered the phone and said she could squeeze me in that afternoon. Tommy arrived promptly at 1pm even though the window was from 1-3pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me we would be without air that night. Tommy was very knowledgable and professional.
