They sold me a refrigerator. And then jerk me around on the delivery time when they finally made it to my residence just lucky for me. I looked up in the truck before they could unload and seen the cockroaches swarming in my refrigerator so I did not want it. Tech for this company showed up at my residence yesterday claiming service was ordered. I am a relatively new room-mate to this house and the one who owns the home was at work and unable to accept my call to verify service. The tech did "something" and I paid $64.20 TURNS OUT THE SERVICE CALL WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN FOR THE NEIGHBOR'S WASHER. Washer and dryer delivered at 3pm Friday 12/17, I started a load of clothes, cycle ran for 2 hours non stop. Now it's locked and won't do anything. Contacted their the office about an 1 1/2 after they delivered and they took a message only to say they will call me right back and NO call back and now today is Sat, Dec 17, 2021 and they aren't answering... 2-16-21...Tuesday. 12:42 pm...I was delivered a Kenmore refrigerator by them this morning! Buying the appliances was great, but one of the delivery guys were very rude to me and my renters
Had an appt for today, 1pm-3pm, called after 3pm to find out where they were and was told t b ey are running 45mins late. Called a second time and was told the guy just finished the other job. I suggested good customer service would have been to call tje customer and keep them informec so they aren't waiting all day! Was told if you are comfortable with them I could cancel. Very arrogant attitude and definitely not customer friendly!
The guy that schedule appointment time was really rude and terrible manner. (he said his name lloyd but I know he lied) the was he talked to me on the phone I would give a dog more respect..talked like I was beneath him POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
