I absolutely love my new bathroom! I had contacted a few companies, and some seemed to expensive or did not do condos. My first designer came, went through the process with me. We picked my bathroom design and then I said that I wanted to run everything by my mom. The designer immediately became negative, and made comments like I had wasted her time. I am so happy to have went with American Bath and Shower for my bathroom remodeling. Marci my design consultant was wonderful. She's very passionate about her job. She went into great detail about their products and showcased how all of them will function. The walk-in bathtub, high rise toilet, and clear shower doors are beautiful. The shower looks good but could not talk with installer because he did not speak English and I had to call the project manager to be able to find out the process. After installation, we noticed leaking after we took a few showers. There was water coming out between the track and the base of shower. I called and had to leave work a few days later for the installer to come out and correct the issue. We had to use a different bathroom to shower for the weekend.

I am very happy with this company and its service. All the workers are very helpful and very professional in their work. I want to thank the installation team because they took care of my house as if it were theirs. I was really impressed that they finished my project in just two days. No waiting for showers in this house anymore. A tiny shower and unused bathtub was turned into this beautiful and very useful shower for senior and handicapped people or those that just don't want to wait their turn. American bath and shower solved this problem. Many thanks to Joe, our rep who designed it and Ricardo, the main technician. Great job.
