I absolutely love my new bathroom! I had contacted a few companies, and some seemed to expensive or did not do condos. My first designer came, went through the process with me. We picked my bathroom design and then I said that I wanted to run everything by my mom. The designer immediately became negative, and made comments like I had wasted her time. I am so happy to have went with American Bath and Shower for my bathroom remodeling. Marci my design consultant was wonderful. She's very passionate about her job. She went into great detail about their products and showcased how all of them will function. The walk-in bathtub, high rise toilet, and clear shower doors are beautiful. ABAS is absolutely reliable. The main reason we decided to use them is because they have an actual warehouse and office where we went to see their product. The fact that they have an office of courteous professional people that answer the phone everytime we called was a big part of why we would highly recommend them. Our renovation started and ended on time including the last inspection for the completion of permits. The technicians were courteous and cleaned up every day. Initial “sales” meeting went well. Ralph was on time and well prepared. Day of install…technicians were on time. Polite. Tidy. Worked hard all day. Had to use google translate to communicate….but we did just fine. Thankful for modern technology. Shower looks fresh and nice. Minimal construction mess. Love the subway tile look.
