This place is never cleaned, they raised the monthly rate because to providing you the best in convenience, cleanliness, and security, with customer service that exceeds your expectations. Never been happy with the place and have been there for a long time. Management is difficult to deal with and is always rude when asking for insurance by threating you with increases.

Had one small issue. Posted a review and operations manager reached directly out to me and resolved it immediately. The local worker, Garret who helped me get the unit was a GREAT help as well! Both operations and the local staff are great people and were very polite and professional as soon as a minor issue arose.

I went yesterday to rent a storage space. It was my first time ever renting a storage space. Garret was filling in for the regular manager and he did a sweetie job. He was friendly and answered all my questions! He even took me to see the two units that were available so I could choose which one I wanted. To top off my great experience, Kristina, the regular Facility Manager, emailed me the next to introduce herself and let me know that she is always there shall I need any assistance. Customer service was great and she answered all my questions with ease!!! I definitely would recommend this company to anyone, with the ease of renting a unit, the specials they offered and the fact that they gave me a lock too, just sealed the deal for me!!! Thanks again for all your help and expertise!!

I had to leave my items in storage for four years longer than planned due to the pandemic and it was a great, seamless experience. There was no price gouging. The price increased reasonably by a few dollars each year with ample notice. More importantly, my climate controlled storage stayed pristine and there were no pest problems. Throughout six years I saw maybe three small bugs, always extra dead. Great communication with the office whenever needed. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely use them again.
