Highly Recommend!! We just closed out our climate-controlled storage unit at American Classic Storage at Bell King Rd., Newport, News, VA, after 7 years. The units are well-maintained and the employees are always very helpful! They worked with us each time we had a special request and were always pleasant and very professional.
I would NEVER put my things in storage again in life. This was the most horrible experience. I got a storage for a short period of time and rodents pooped and peed all on my stuff. The ate a little bit of the wood to my headboard to my bed. Pollen was all over my stuff and I’m allergic. I went to the front office and the lady was rude no customer service support, she stated “what did I expect it’s a shed.” Mind you this was my first experience I never had to put my things in a storage before. Kristina was so helpful! I recommend this storage unit facility. I checked other businesses but this had the best price and most helpful personnel.
This place is never cleaned, they raised the monthly rate because to providing you the best in convenience, cleanliness, and security, with customer service that exceeds your expectations. Never been happy with the place and have been there for a long time. Management is difficult to deal with and is always rude when asking for insurance by threating you with increases.
