I just purchased a unit yesterday and everything was nice and clean. This storage company goes above and beyond and they made the process smooth even without meeting me in person. I'm a busy person so I like the fact that everything was literally set up in the matter of minutes. I appreciate the phone call to make sure that I was good.
tom at the front desk was beyond friendly & helpful and made the process super easy! i got into a 10x25 unit today for 112$ a month with first month free by reserving my unit online. i would recommend american classic storage to anybody!
I had nothing but a great experience with American Classic Storage (Newport News). The manager, Tom, was understanding and did everything possible to work with me through a difficult situation. He listened, helped problem solve, and was responsive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for storage space. The units were clean, everything was in excellent shape, and my stuff was safe during the time it was there.
