Employees were courteous, and very helpful. I had a few concerns to start, but they were dealt with in a kind and busnesslike manner. I needed 2 lockers, after thinking I could use just one. As time went on, I was able to get down to one from 2. Then down to none. It was a pleasurable experience over 4 years. Thank you!

Love the alerts/reminders and the courteous service I get every time I call or drop in. Units are close by and the complex is always clean. Just like everything else this year, the price went up a bit; but still a better price than most other storage facilities.
