Tiffany the manger was extremely helpful and kind. It’s hard to find great customer service. The property is always clean and gate works properly. Quality property.
I am renting a $49 unit, but imagine my surprise when I found that there was also a $29 admin fee. That's over 50% of the cost! So, buyer beware. The facility is nice and the management is very friendly. Their pricing could be more transparent.
Long time renter Experience has been very good. Any issues are quickly resolved. Regular staff has been excellent. Sometimes a fill in, not regular, not the best. But, as noted the regular staff has been great
American classic storage was one of the best facilities I’ve stored my belongings in. I didn’t have to worry about insulation falling onto my things as I did with the other facility I was renting from. The grounds were always neat. And Tiffany was always polite, kind and professional.
