I am renting a $49 unit, but imagine my surprise when I found that there was also a $29 admin fee. That's over 50% of the cost! So, buyer beware. The facility is nice and the management is very friendly. Their pricing could be more transparent.
Long time renter Experience has been very good. Any issues are quickly resolved. Regular staff has been excellent. Sometimes a fill in, not regular, not the best. But, as noted the regular staff has been great
The unit I rented was next to a landscapers unit. Every time I went to my unit it was covered in grass clippings and dirt. Everything in my unit had to be cleaned before I could take it home and to another storage. I would not recommend anyone rent from you guys because of this.
