Customer service was excellent. I was given a tour of various size storage units to help make my decision on a rental unit. The units were clean and well maintained. The staff were genuinely friendly and professional. I did not feel pressured to rent a unit. I felt comfortable and would highly recommend this company. This was an all around excellent experience!
I had a great experience with American Classic Storage. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The process was easy, and Chris was patient, professional, and very welcoming throughout the entire experience. He made sure all of my questions were answered and went above and beyond to help. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of storage!
Very easy and affordable. Big corporations slap you with countless fees that are not posted online, but American Classic only had one extra fee and Chris made sure I knew everything that was going on. He told me every detail about what I was about to do, and I felt very confident in signing up.
Over the years it has been worry less renting at Classic Storage. When it became time for a bigger move there was one waiting. I do so appreciate it as a place for my items and well the staff have been great thanks John M.Wade
Personnel was friendly and very informative at the time I secured my storage unit.,/Since I wasn’t sure on unit size, I walked to two different sized units they thought would work best. Units are clean and pest free. Access to facility allows for working people to stop by before or after work. Only wish I asked for military discount when I rented unit.
