American Comfort Heating and Cooling has been out to service our air conditioner twice (failed TXV replacement and leak detection/repair), and both visits have been overwhelmingly positive. The main reasons for this impression is because of how professional their service technicians have been. Usually I try to be nice with companies, however, when I replaced one of our AC unit back in 2019 paying over $3000 for the job, I believed the good reputation of American Comfort.And it broke last year, and brought 2 different companies to check out on the ac unit before I reached out to American Comfort. 2 other companies pointed out that there are possible leakage within the coil and suspected the poor installation in a first place.
