My garage door spring failed and was pleased at the sense of urgency response I got from Chris (service tech) at American Door Works. He was prompt, friendly and professional. Great job by Chris ( his co-worker also did a good job , but didn’t get his name). 👏👍
I had a great experience with American Door Works for our family lake home in Nisswa, MN. I had a very old garage door opener that was working but was showing signs of wear. The spring, door, and opener had never been serviced before as far as we're aware. I asked them to come out to inspect it and give a quote for maintenance or replacement. Amazing service, integrity, and value! Rich went over and above answering all of my questions and even took the time to show me the doors I was considering on actual homes to aid in my decision. Great communication throughout the process. And, the installer had good attention to detail, was friendly, and had everything so clean after. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service at the Brainerd office! Paul scheduled it and Rob did the service work, all within 2.5 hours! Rob is good at what he does, and even better at customer service.
