My spring broke on my overhead door of my 2011 E350 cargo truck. I called a bunch of places in Brainerd & finally these guys said they'd be able to fix it for me. I had someone drop it off at the company the following day. I wasn't happy about renting a U Haul for my route that day bcuz I knew it was gonna be expensive. American Door Works is great! The service department responded quickly to make my old door functional until my new door and opener was delivered and installed. Both groups and Tina are great to work with! I highly recommend them!
The American Door Works crew did a great job installing our garage door. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. It didn't take them long to completely remove all parts of the old door and refit the new door. They cleaned up everything and before they left, they made sure we understood how all the controls worked and what to do if we had any questions or problems. It was a very good experience.
I am very pleased with the excellent service I received from Tina and John regarding installation of a new garage door. Both of them were prompt, courteous, professional and paid close attention to detail. Thank you!
Rich and team are awesome. Installed a big 20x9 door on my garage and then came out to fix it after I had to move some sensors around. 5/5
