Todd has been very helpful; we are excited about them providing our doors.
I had a minor warranty issue with an installation from last fall which is not uncommon when building a home and all the other projects and activity going on at the same time. Bryan came out today and repaired the issue but also went over the entire install making sure everything was perfect. It's not always about having an issue, it's about how a company responds to those issues and between Bryan and American Door Works, I couldn't be more pleased.
Todd and his crew are top notch. They are my first phone call when it comes to my garage doors at home or shop doors at work.
Our garage spring broke on a Thursday night; we called America Door the next morning, and they were able to make a service call the same day. They did a very professional job, no mess to clean up and everything works like it should. Ryan and Cole, Thank you for the quick turn around!
