American Dream Flooring provided excellent professional service from beginning to end. I was provided an estimate with several carpet options to choose from. Once I chose my carpet they worked around my schedule for the installation. Installation team was polite and professional. Carpet was installed in one day (4 large bedrooms). The receptionist Lourdes was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Chetori and Cregg both were always checking in making sure things were going well. Don, was helpful with checking in as work was being done. The installers were super friendly and cleaned up meticulously after install as well. Needless to say we are so glad we went with American Dream Flooring and Tile, LLC!!
These folks are amazing and great to work with. I bought a home with existing 4” solid white oak flooring. I needed a few rooms to be added. They sourced white oak for me and matched it wonderfully! They could not have been more friendly and competent to deal with. I would use them again for any flooring project.
We went to the showroom to review different types of flooring. We explained that we had to have something that could withstand 3 dogs and they knew exactly what we needed. The product was ordered and installed very quickly. The installers were very knowledgeable and efficient. One of the salesmen come by to ensure everything was going well. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience and wish I could give 10 stars. From showroom to install everything was perfect. The owners are professional, followed up until we made our decision and gave us complete confidence we made the right choice. The installers were artisans. Meticulous work, clean up and an amazing result. Bonus- regular check points on day of install to ensure we were pleased with the install. We will be repeat customers.
