Very disappointed in the service this company provides.I am a disabled veteran trying to keep the things I have covered and nice but this company doesnt want to actually cover anything..It is Not worth it they just send an independent inspector and find reasons not to do the repairs. When I purchased my ******************* December 2019, I was sold the "Platinum Wrap" warranty. Well, my transmission went out 1/9/22 with ****** miles. This company is a scam, and I mean literally fraudulent. They sold me RV roadside service, which I have tried to use twice in the past couple years. Both times they NEVER showed up. Today, I called around 9:30 to get my RV towed to a shop, and now eight hours later, I have no help whatsoever. I have learned that they have no service contracts with a tow company who can tow an RV. Yet for $$$$$ they sale roadside RV service - including towing. RIP OFF!!!! They are not interested in paying out anything!!! We had to pay to replace a hydraulic hose that was part of the leveler system. They say they cover the leveler but not the hydraulic hose, how INSANE is that!!! They also did not cover the bed above the driving section that came down while we were driving, REALLLY????? And the kitchen cabinets that came apart from the wall, NOPE they won't cover that either. We took the most expensive warranty coverage they had available thinking we would be well protected. I had a platinum RV warranty with AGWS, my first claim was in November in 2020 in Las Cruses ********** the 450 ******** motor blew up, i had Good **** tow it a *************************** The ******** dealer it was towed to filed the claim, it took 168 days to get the claim resolved, they would only cover a short block & have the head rebuilt, when the warranty clearly states replace, this warranty is a bumper to bumper with a $100.00 deductible. I purchased the platinum coverage ($1500) for my new camper. After four months on the road the water pump failed, several interior pipes were leaking, and the metal bracket supporting my black/greywater outlet snapped.I found a repairman and asked him to call AGWS and get approval for the repairs.AGWS denied 3/4 of the claim (everything except the water pump), meaning I would be paying $650 of the $800 ****.I called AGWS to ask why they had denied several repairs that were clearly covered by their own contract."We didn't hav... read more
I would warn people to read the agreement VERY carefully. When we purchased the Tiffin Phaeton used from a large dealer they said great company just fix it and you will be reimbursed. When the turbo went out it was winter time and we were in another state and had to get back home. Due to the problem we ended up staying extra days at the campground and I only had one day of medications left. Very disappointed with this company. Starting off it took almost a week to have someone out to check out my Ram with a dead transmission. The warranty guy commented that because of how clean the vehicle was and well taken care of the warranty company would be foolish to install a used transmission. I find out the next day from the transmission shop that the warranty company called back and was only willing to cover a used transmission with a 30 day warranty.
