I have premium extended warranty for my 2018 starcraft launch camper. This is third season using. The slide to camper did not work properly May 2021, I have requested the company to pay for repair and they are refusing. A broken slide is a "symptom" is what customer service representative said. The dealer where I purchased has been in contact with them also.
Sends me the automated letter " that my factory warranty is ready to expire on my 3 month old car. What a scam!
Absolutely worthless save your money. The never pay out or replace anything. If you need *** insurance call you insurance provider get it through them or the bank I will never recommend these people.
Scam they won't leave me alone I get phone calls and mail for a vehicle I have never owned I guess next I will have to get a lawyer and *** this company for harassment "
This company is a BIG WASTE OF MONEY. My warranty wast finances with the purchase of my vehicle. The vehicle was totaled in an accident in January. Here it is May and I've been getting the rin around about cancelation. I would not recommend wasting your money"
I purchased *** coverage for my ** when I purchased it in 2016 at a cost of $1200. The ** was recently totaled by my insurance for water damage caused by a failed fixture. I filed a *** claim as the amount owed was more than the value of the **. I received an email that all documents had been received and they were reviewing my claim. American Guardian Warranty Service is meant to provide extended warranties for ** users who want to extend the life of the manufacture's rv's warranty. My rv needed to go into the shop for repairs, I called American Guardian Warranty Service to find out the process of filing a claim, never once was I told that the shop where the rv was being repaired needed to file the claim before starting the repairs. As the old saying goes BUYER BEWARE! I know there are many positive reviews. I would say be sure to READ the entire policy before you purchase an AGWS policy. You must get the approval from them BEFORE any work is done on your RV. It doesn't matter covid, temps of 24 at night or medical issues. If you do not get their approval and allow their inspector out they will not honor your claim. As many of you know motorhome problems are often emergency situation and need repairs.
