Very poor customer service and not easy to process a claim at all, there are no exceptions. Claim denied for having 82 miles less than the coverage and no consideration. I could have driven home and come back, that would have met stupid 1000 miles criteria. I don't recommend this at all, I had an extended warranty for my BMW through BMW and it was great and this doesn't even come close.
First off I am a dealer Who used to sell this warranty. Don’t believe they’re lies about they have day one coverage . There’s no such thing as day one coverage. I Had over 12 warranties through my customers with this company out of those 12 only one of them had an issue which was under the so-called “day one coverage” I know it was a bunch of baloney when they kept asking for more and more information trying to throw it on me stating that it was a pre-existing issue. On January 13, 2021 my car was taken to the dealership because it was having engine failure. AGWS was contacted. We were told we needed records of oil changes. At the time we were only able to get dates and mileage. AGWS informed us that they needed more details, so we were able to contact our mechanic who was able to provide us with receipts. Totally rip off; easy sell. But impossible to use. I was told even clearly covered items and issues could take two weeks to get approved, if at all. And then you on the hook for shop time, just to get a claim turned in.
I have been seeking forms to cancel my coverage since my camper trailer was stolen. I was promised the forms would be sent by email. My first call resulted in no return email. My second call yielded an image of a form that was not square and not a separate attachment so it cannot be used. I also had purchased this company’s gap coverage to pay the balance of my loan if the camper was stolen or destroyed. Had a claim filed for 2014 Ford F-150 back in November 2020; initially started with good communication- they walked me through dropping off truck at dealer, sending me a copy of contract and reviewing basic terms. Truck had check energize light that required engine breakdown. I was advised to proceed by AGWS rep so they could assess if issue would be covered. After breakdown authorized by me, it took 4 weeks for a rep to contact dealer, delayed sending out investigator to review and would not follow up on my calls or emails.... read more
Not surprised to see many bad reviews on this site for this company. We purchased a $2500 extended warranty for our travel trailer. it was never aligned at the factory so the tires wore through the steel belts in 4,000 miles. We were told to get a professional alignment and 2 new tires. We did and turned it in for reimbursement. After months of calling the company, our trailer dealer calling the company, etc, our claim was denied. What a waste of money!

Terrible. NOTHING is covered. Don’t waist your money. Save it and use it as needed. .
