I am completely dissatisfied with this company, their GAP insurance coverage is a joke and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. My vehicle was considered a total loss in April I submitted everything requested from this company immediately, it was verified by them in May. It is now almost Mid August and my claim is still pending approval. SCAM. THIEVES. FINE-PRINT THIEVES. They only want to replace my transmission with JUNKYARD PARTS. They now have somehow justified NOT PAYING FOR LABOR. Even then, their labor limit is $100 per hour, which you will be hard pressed to find any good shop rate THAT low. YOU WILL END UP PAYING FOR LABOR ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. Snappy service non-existant. Completely disappointed with this company. Not only will I never use this company again, but will actively speak out against this company. I spent 3,000 dollars for their platinum coverage on my truck. When my engine had issues they did everything they could to find a way to not cover the vehicle. They had me jump through several hoops for almost 2 weeks. Purchased my 2015 Subaru WRX (~41,000 miles) from a used car lot (not through Subaru) and shortly afterwards, I refinanced my loan and purchased/rolled in a Warranty Services policy through American Guardian Warranty Services for up to 100,000 miles for their "Platinum" coverage. They just sent me an email to sign and send back. I am not signing. It says that my milage is off by 40,000 miles because I have bigger tires. If tbe speedometer is on the milage is on. This is absolute BS. I have driven the truck maybe 11,000 miles on a $2,000 dollar 3 year 33,000 mile warranty. They can call the dealer, or I even offered to take their so called inspector on a ride to see that it is on.
By far the worst warranty service I've ever had. I purchased my 2016 ktm 250 xc from broward motorsports December of 2019, March of 2020 the bike began to show its age. I remembered purchasing an extended warranty through Torgue Group (platinum edition) so i'm thinking all is well my bike will be covered I've paid top dollar for and extended warranty.
