We bought a 2019 Polaris Turbo S at the end of January 2019. We noticed that the coolant was low after riding so we took it back to the dealership twice in September for a coolant leak and was told nothing was wrong with the machine. We kept noticing the problem so we took to a different shop and this shop said it was a coolant tank however, 42 miles later the motor seized up. AGWS denied the claim stating improper fluids and sludge. We had an oil analysis done and it stated the oil was full of coolant. AGWS had their own oi... read more
So this past Friday, October 25 2019, would mark my 42nd day without my truck. I took my vehicle into the shop and started my claim on September 13, 2019. I am deeply concerned with how long it took AGWS to process my claim and continuing to push this along like I am just a number to your company. I understand that sometimes things take a little time but going on a month and a half without my vehicle is completely ridiculous. My claim was not accepted until October 3rd, 2019 so that alone was roughly 3 weeks without my vehic... read more
AGWS is a scam. I purchased the "platinum" service contract with 0 deductible thinking i would not have to pay for any repairs to my truck until it reached 100,000 miles. I was wrong. Mislead is a better word. I took my truck to a Chevy Dealer to diagnose a battery drain issue. The dealer called me later that day and stated that the Body Control Module was malfunctioning and needed replaced. The dealer contacted AGWS to submit the claim. This is the part you should read if you are considering purchasing a warranty from AGWS.... read more

i have been trying to get a refund from them since April, and still nothing
We have a 2017 Polaris general that has been well maintained. My husband has done all of our servicing to our machine and each time he has serviced it he took pictures of the receipts and of the odometer. The turf mode blew thru the casing on the differential, and they denied our claim due to not having evidence of the vehicle getting serviced. No where on the paperwork does it say that you have to take it to the dealer to get the servicing done. I have reached out to our dealership to start the refund process. Avoid this co... read more
I currently have my Jeep in the shop as the clutch seemed to be making noise and was having a hard time shifting. I got it to the shop as quickly as I could to find out what was wrong, assuming it was the clutch, throw out bearing, pilot bearing, etc and had them order the parts. Come to find out, the input shaft and needle bearing were damaged due to a typical failure of the clutch, which is considered a regular maintenance item that commonly has to be replaced according to the contract. No argument there... however, I now ... read more
