After receiving the policy and within the free cancellation period, I attempted to call to cancel. The first person I spoke with told me he would have to transfer the call, whereupon he transferred me to a PHONE SEX LINE. On my next attempt I was put on hold for 10 minutes before giving up. Obviously this business, or elements of it, are a scam.
BEWARE BIGGEST MAINTENANCE PROGRAM SCAM..I had purchased a used car from this dealership and they scammed me into signing up for a maintenance program provided by a big scamming company called AMERICAN GUARDIAN WARRANTY. Purchased a Platinum policy 11/2015 through a RV dealer who assured us it covered everything. While traveling last year the slideout was not working properly. Took it to the dealer who sold us the Nash and it was determined that a crooked roller from the factory was the cause, they followed procedure by contacting ******* to get approval, It was denied "because it was consequential damage". BEWARE consumers don't waste your money. THEY ARE A RIP OFF.. Don't understand BBB rating.
I paid $2,134 for a Platinum warranty which was totally worthless. They denied my claim for $2274.20 to repair my Toyota. I purchased a 72 month, 100,000 mile warranty. Obviously AGWS excels at scamming the public. Thank you for robbing another person of money. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Ted S.
I paid $2,790 for warranty that covered nothing. They have denied my claim and I'm out $2243 to fix my car. so this repair cost me $5033. Nice work on scamming the public.
I promised Dave ******, CSM, at American Guardian (Compass) that I'd let everyone I know of the **** POOR customer service I received today, so here it is. We purchased a 7 yr Platinum Coverage protection agreement for our motorhome in 2015 for upwards of $5k. Top of the line, stem to stern "All repairs except what this agreement doesn't cover" wording, basically all component failures, minus expected wear and tear, pre-existing issues, common sense things, etc.. This warranty company is the worst I have ever worked with. I purchased a car and at the dealer '******* **** *****' sold this warranty 'silver' and it says that its fully covered! after 200miles engine got some issue and what A+++ company not paying at all to fix my car: they told me that its preexisting issue,which is totally not true. I never recommend this company and what dealership
biggest rip off company i have encountered in my lifetime . if they spent as much time resolving the problem as they do avoiding the problem they would then be great. how you rate them well is a mystery to me . run as fast as you can from this company!!!!!!!!!!
A+....you've got to be kidding me. After reading all the negative on-line reviews!! This is a typical sammy extended warranty outfit, in my opinion. When are people going to get it. My advise is to read reviews and READ READ the contract and ALL the fine print before purchasing.
