Tom is fantastic! He’s been here before which is why we called AHA. He’s a nice guy, thorough and explains everything so it’s easy to understand. Highly recommend both AHA and Tom for any of our appliance repair and maintenance!
I'm glad I checked Google Reviews, as I was stunned to see so many bad reviews for American Home Appliance on YELP. Our recent experience with the freezer section of our SubZero kitchen fridge/freezer was a strong 5-star. Our home warranty company dispatched a different company way back in mid-December. I stopped counting the number of visits they made--probably 5 or 6, each lasting 4-5 hours, over the next 2 months, and they replaced freon tubes, the main circuit board, and the compressor, none of which solved the problem! ... read more
AHA is the Best appliance service ever! I've been working with them over 10 years. Every technician is thoughtful. Efficient. Expert. They know their business and their customer. Daniel was my refrigerator tech today. He assessed the issue and parts are on order. Another service came twice with no effect. They were sent by my appliance insurance company. Tom was great. Truly pleasant and well mannered. Was able to explain all the issues with my refrigerator and after the repair it never worked better.
