Excellent company. Thank you to Dan for the quick response. We had priced new refrigerators and decided to call American Home Appliance to see if ours could be fixed as it wasn't that old. Daniel was able to diagnose the problem immediately once I showed/told him what was going on. At first he wasn’t sure if he was going to be able to fix it himself, but he took a look and fixed it in five minutes. About as painless as I could have hoped for. This is the second time I’ve used this company for appliance repair and I will certainly keep on using them!
Daniel was extremely professional and courteous. He was able to diagnose the problem with our oven within minutes, and fixed our igniter quickly. He even cleaned up the dustballs under our stove!
Tom is fantastic! He’s been here before which is why we called AHA. He’s a nice guy, thorough and explains everything so it’s easy to understand. Highly recommend both AHA and Tom for any of our appliance repair and maintenance!
