Fast time to send repair man out. Easy to make appointment to have new washer delivered. Delivery men showed up on time and removed old washer and put in new one.

Just three months into our coverage our air conditioning had to be completely replaced. AHS responded quickly with compassion and replacement. We are customers for life!!

I found out the hard way that you guys do not cover emergency calls on holiday weekends and expect folks to wait until the following week to get service.
Kept appt on time...repaired dryer, but broke down again, and ordered parts then came out again in a reasonable time and repair was successful...repairman was knowledgeable and friendly
