We had a spring on the dishwasher that was broken and Appliance Express came out. They got here when they said they were gonna be here and did what they said they were gonna do. The experience was very good. Submitting a claim to American Home Shield is a little bit difficult at times. I'm from the old school so I like to call and talk to someone. If you go on their website and report the claim, it does work faster but you don't get to talk to anybody. I've been with AHS for several years now and I've had quite a few claims.... read more
