Today we took ownership of our log home from American log homes. This has been an amazing experience. Michelle and everyone at American log home has done a fantastic job of helping us through this experience. We have learned a lot and are quite satisfied with our beautiful d-shaped logs. I have been trying to get a hold of anybody at this company for nearly 3 weeks and haven't gotten any responses, email, phone, text, nada. I am getting very frustrated because I have urgent business to discuss regarding the $42k log home kit I have already purchased. I purchased my log home kit a couple years ago and Michele is usually very responsive, so I'm very confused. Michelle was very good to work with. The draftsman, Michael WAS very responsive making changes to my plans You can definitely tell that the logs were freshly cut, and straight. The BEST part of buying from American Log Homes, is that they don’t try and sell you the materials that are readily available at your local building supply, and that hel-s keep your job from being cluttered with wood that is getting ruined by not being used in a timely manner.
