Disappointing experience with management. The parking lot has gone weeks without cleaning—cigarette butts and debris everywhere—making the property look neglected. When we brought it up, management responded, “We don’t clean the parking lot 24/7,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Snow plowing was also poorly done and left hazardous areas. For what residents pay in fees, basic maintenance and safety should be consistent.
What is the point of paying when they don't actually fo anything for the community, two days later and still snowed in, missing work due to them not plowing. WHERE DOES ALL THE FEES GO IF NOT TOWARDS THE COMMUNITY. Most likely some corporate joe's pockets. I'm deducting my pay missed from your fees. So far it's looking like 12 months of fees just on one day missed. Sincerely from the stoneridge community.
Terrible customer service. I had a billing issues and contacted them, They said they see the issue and were submitting paperwork to correct it. A month passed without the issues being resolved. Followed up only to find they didn't know what I was talking about. They are now ignoring me. What a joke of a business. If you don't want to take care of your customers, close and let another company take care of them.
Run away fast. I continue to be surprised and the lack of professionalism and communication from the management company on key issues impacting our neighborhood. And apparently when communication plans are made and agreed to, the staff decides to do something different.
