AMV have been managing my condo building's property for over a decade, and they've always been horrible. Any time I call I get a voicemail or the rep is away from their desk. Takes weeks to months to get a response or anything done. I'm honestly not sure why the HOA hasn't fired them yet. Unresponsive and unprofessional management. All they do is collect money and ignore customers.

(Original Post) ------- 2022 This company told everyone @ our HOA to be quite about fire hazards. The next day the Fire Marshal was alerted. A few months later we dumped A.M.V.. Our HOA board of Directors is currently in place but we will be terminating the President next. (Don't hire A.M.V. as that company avoids State Safety Regulations & Laws). Since they have taken over nothing has been done to make our plaza look presentable. I have reached out multiple times with zero response and told that Ernie who is in charge of our plaza is busy and I have to speak to someone below him. Shocker no response or call back from them also. I would not reccomend them to anyone. We have been waiting to have the plaza cut, trees trimmed back, and mulch put down for months and still nothing. I think this is my first google review ever, but I’m so frustrated that I couldn’t help but post. In complete transparency, AMV has provided nothing but negative customer service in my experience. Uncommunicative, unprofessional, and downright rude. I hope that improves for future clientele, though judging from previous comments - it appears they show utter lack of concern to address these issues. Extremely disrespectful to honest, loyal customers. ZERO STARS Such a shame. Avoid if you can.

Multiple attempts to communicate, zero response; at best a week later. Once out HOA assumes control (the builder currently runs the HOA), I will advocate to end our contract with American Management, and retain a more professional, responsive management company. When the mgmt company did respond stating they were very busy, that speaks to their unprofessional business practice.
