Car was towed despite me being here for years. New pass apparently with 0 recieved communication. No call. No mail. No email. If you have a policy change and you see that an address has not claimed the new pass would a HOA that cared about its property owners/tenants not confirm the delivery of an important message such as this? Screw these guys. I pay HOA fees for what? Trash disposal and extortion I guess.
Terrible they never sent residents the new towing enforcement rules. Car was towed at 8:50 last night.I called this morning and said I was going to have company and I want to make sure we don’t get towed and had them email it to me. it’s not the same as what the tow company has. I called back and explained to the manager and of course nothing.. I think the tow company may be in on it with them. I talked to several residents , some have been here over 20 years and they never received any notice. My opinion something is fishy... read more
Nicole Malki has been the property manager for the Brookwood HOA since October 2020. Prior managers were seeming uninvolved, unknowledgeable, and unwilling to MANAGE our property only addressing issues as they arose rarely coming to a conclusion to rectify it. Nicole came to Brookwood with a desire to make our community one that residents would be proud to call home. As a contractor, I'd like to say Nicole is always on site when needed and delivers an all hands on deck approach for projects both small and large. She is very thorough and ensures the work is being performed by approved contractors. Even though each day brings its own new needs, Nicole continues to keep us moving forward and just gets things done! It's refreshing that she cares about her contractors as much as her owners.
