Terrible customer service. I had a billing issues and contacted them, They said they see the issue and were submitting paperwork to correct it. A month passed without the issues being resolved. Followed up only to find they didn't know what I was talking about. They are now ignoring me. What a joke of a business. If you don't want to take care of your customers, close and let another company take care of them.

Car was towed despite me being here for years. New pass apparently with 0 recieved communication. No call. No mail. No email. If you have a policy change and you see that an address has not claimed the new pass would a HOA that cared about its property owners/tenants not confirm the delivery of an important message such as this? Screw these guys. I pay HOA fees for what? Trash disposal and extortion I guess.
Landscaping and maintenance requests go unfulfilled. Highly manual processes with no transparency or visibility to whether resident requests have been actioned upon
Terrible they never sent residents the new towing enforcement rules. Car was towed at 8:50 last night.I called this morning and said I was going to have company and I want to make sure we don’t get towed and had them email it to me. it’s not the same as what the tow company has. I called back and explained to the manager and of course nothing.. I think the tow company may be in on it with them. I talked to several residents , some have been here over 20 years and they never received any notice. My opinion something is fishy... read more
