Worst Service. because there is a pothole in my neighborhood. I also asked for a replacement recycle bin which is got lost/ stolen few weeks ago due to heavy wind. I search for my bin everywhere around my neighborhood front and back and couldn't find. I asked Jonathan, the manager, to speak with the garbage company's supervisor and he was told that I have to pay for replacement recycle bin. Terrible management and customer service. They do not address any complaints and they ignore you. I would never recommend them to anyone. They do not give proper support to the current manager of the Bull Run Swim and Racquet Club and American Management never responds in a timely manner which is what a Management Company is supposed to do and I have a Management Degree. Their work ethic is terrible. .
Disappointing experience with management. The parking lot has gone weeks without cleaning—cigarette butts and debris everywhere—making the property look neglected. When we brought it up, management responded, “We don’t clean the parking lot 24/7,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Snow plowing was also poorly done and left hazardous areas. For what residents pay in fees, basic maintenance and safety should be consistent.
What is the point of paying when they don't actually fo anything for the community, two days later and still snowed in, missing work due to them not plowing. WHERE DOES ALL THE FEES GO IF NOT TOWARDS THE COMMUNITY. Most likely some corporate joe's pockets. I'm deducting my pay missed from your fees. So far it's looking like 12 months of fees just on one day missed. Sincerely from the stoneridge community.
