We bought our mattress from American Mattress and we have been very happy. The sales people were very knowledgeable and didn't make us feel pressured. I would buy from them again.
My wife and I placed our order on March 16, 2025, and were initially told we might receive delivery as soon as the next day. After further checking, ******* (the manager at your Naperville store) updated the estimate to March 24. Unfortunately, that was the beginning of a frustrating series of miscommunications, shifting delivery dates, and conflicting information. American Mattress bought US mattress and failed to compete orders. I have many email from ** mattress saying American mattress is supposed to resolve all issues. I did receive a very small refund but refused to assist in the replacement order. Its my good guess ** and American mattress companies own hundreds of not thousands of customers refunds and replacements perhaps a Class action suit is require
