Jackie was fantastic. She spent time with us even though we explained we were moving to Florida and were going to purchase the bed in Florida. Jackie told us to try the beds, that she was going to do some research. A short time later she informed us that we could purchase the bed we wanted and the American Mattress' store in Florida would delivery it..
