We had a great experience! From the moment we walked in James took care of us. Very knowledgeable, asked all the right questions, and we left feeling good about our choice in mattress. Definitely recommend!
Our sales rep was JJ and he was amazing. Repeat customer and other family members shop here as well. Great service, knowledgeable and friendly, answers questions honestly. JJ never pushed us towards higher end mattresses, just really tired to find what worked for us, comfort and price. Gave my wife and myself time and space to really think and discuss our choices.
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fair. Diesn't get better than that! Allowed me to try everything I wanted. Didn't hover. And did not push me in any direction. Just for comfort. I liked that.
