This is not a knock on the salesman at the actual store. He was actually pretty great. But I ordered a bed and took all the steps for it to be delivered as fast as possible. Another salesman promised to have it for me the Tuesday the week after I paid for it. Just came to find out that it’s gonna take almost a whole month after I went in for them to deliver it for me. That is way too long. Seems like they have warehouse issues. Regardless, left a bad taste in my mouth.
Bobby was excellent, he answered all questions and provided plenty of information related to several products and provided all information to the logistics of the sale and returns. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. Definitely I will consider this location for future mattresses consideration in the future.
