I ordered a mattress and then cancelled the order in less than 24 hours when I found out it contained latex. Someone from the company called me and tried to talk me out of canceling, and said I would be just fine. Sleeping on it. Now my allergic reaction to latex is that I stop breathing. So I’m supposed to trust this person just because they’ve worked there for 18 years and go to sleep on some thing that might make me stop breathing? What kind of person even suggests that? I ordered a mattress as I had the understanding that they don’t contain latex. Once their employee told me that they DO contain latex, I canceled my order as I have life-threatening reactions to latex (I stop breathing.) I canceled this order less than 24 hours after placing it. Even though I canceled it, they still put the loan through with Affirm and are trying to charge me over $3000 for some thing I never received.
