I ordered a mattress in December and was told it would be delivered the next week. It still has not been delivered and no one at the Gurnee location has called to give any information. I’ve left messages with no return calls.

In the store was okay, he said he was new with the company. The delivery guys were useless, and didn't understand English it's so annoying.
Darlene provides the absolute best customer service. I have American Mattress stores closer to my home and work, but I will only shop with her, and have recommended her to family and friends as well.
