I ordered a mattress in December and was told it would be delivered the next week. It still has not been delivered and no one at the Gurnee location has called to give any information. I’ve left messages with no return calls.

In the store was okay, he said he was new with the company. The delivery guys were useless, and didn't understand English it's so annoying.
Darlene is a dream! She helped me make my first mattress purchase ever and was attentive and informative but not pushy or rushing me at all. She worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and that I was taking advantage of the available sales. My bed was delivered within two days and it's AMAZING! I'm sleeping so well that I barely remember how many hundreds of dollars I dropped. Huge thanks to Darlene, Omar, and this company!
