I ordered a mattress in December and was told it would be delivered the next week. It still has not been delivered and no one at the Gurnee location has called to give any information. I’ve left messages with no return calls.

Darlene provides the absolute best customer service. I have American Mattress stores closer to my home and work, but I will only shop with her, and have recommended her to family and friends as well.
Darlene is a dream! She helped me make my first mattress purchase ever and was attentive and informative but not pushy or rushing me at all. She worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and that I was taking advantage of the available sales. My bed was delivered within two days and it's AMAZING!
