Chad is very knowledgeable on the products, and was absolutely fantastic in helping me understand and decide what kind of bed frame and boxspring set-up I should go with. We were shopping around for a mattress for us and one for my mother-in-law. Chad was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and thorough. He explained the different types of mattresses in a way that helped direct us in what would be best giving our comfort level. He helped us and walked us through the decision-making process. We definitely recommend American mattress that’s right across from Joliet Mall. Ask for Chad he is a great source of information.
