We were shopping around for a mattress for us and one for my mother-in-law. Chad was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and thorough. He explained the different types of mattresses in a way that helped direct us in what would be best giving our comfort level. He helped us and walked us through the decision-making process. We definitely recommend American mattress that’s right across from Joliet Mall. Ask for Chad he is a great source of information.
The experience we had at American mattress in Joliet IL, was wonderful. Chad provided a ton of information regarding different mattresses, options, manufacturing, and quality. He had answers for all our questions. buying a mattress is not an easy purchase it’s something you want but it’s not something that you necessarily need, and he made it a very pleasant and easy experience. Chad took notes when I called before stopping by. I’ve been in agony with the hybrid mattresses while battling cancer. He was so kind, patient and helpful with helping me picking out the perfect mattress for my petite self. Great price and speedy delivery was an added perk. I recommend stopping by there before buying from any others.
