What a great experience! A Family Owned and operated company with excellent customer service. Store manager, Jeremiah was patient with my handicapped father who was slow in trying out the different mattresses in the showroom. Once he chose the right comfort and feel, the manager helped set up a three hour delivery window, including a call ahead. Fantastic company! The manager, Brad was so nice and helpful. He took the time to select our perfect mattress. The price was amazing. American Mattress was $300.00 less than Kittles on the same set. I could not believe it. I loved the fact that they are family owned and operated. That means a lot to me. They do not work on commission, so this was a very enjoyable and pressure free purchase. I will send Brad all kinds of business because of his great character and clean store.
