Met with the manager Keith and he listened to what I was needing and price range and got me what I was looking for without upwelling. He changed my experience with American mattress, I had a very bad experience with American mattress on the south side of Indianapolis. Keith did an outstanding job.

Keith on Rangeline is so amazing, just an absolute pleasure to visit every single time. We’ve bought two mattresses for our kiddos from him and have gone with his suggestions both times. He is conscious of price and asks quality questions to help us fine the right one for transitioning of kiddos out of a crib into their big kid beds. I am now a lifelong customer! I worked with Keith and he bent over backwards to help me, but also didn’t pressure me. I only needed a box spring/foundation at the time, but I will need a mattress in the next year or so, and because of this experience will be buying from American Mattress! Keith truly earned my business, support and respect! I’ve already told a couple friends to stop by!
We are very pleased with our mattress. The process was excellent! Keith gave us plenty of time to check out the different mattresses and explained the differences, benefits and pricing. We've had our mattress for 2 nights now and my husband has not had any problems going to sleep - the previous mattress was keeping him up. Thanks Keith!!
