Delivery drivers didn't center the bed, nor finish moving the old mattress to another room. They wouldn't even lower the new bed. They said it wasn't their job, and they had 20 other delivers. We were promised white glove service. my mother is 70, and this was talked about in the store. We needed the assistance. Edit: After speaking with the store, they are sending someone back to correct the matter. They are handling it professionally. Adding an additional star.
Exceptional service, pricing and even better staff. We got lucky to be the only ones in after the Hoffstates Estates location opened up. Chris Jones is by far one of the most consummate professionals I have ever met. I wish more individuals like him were in other industries. A truly dynamic man! This is all before I even noticed his MULTIPLE customer service awards. American Mattress, I truly hope you continue to prop this guy up. He deserves everything! 🤘🏻

Had an easy experience buying a mattress here from Chris. I decided after a couple of “Amizon” inflat-a-foam mattresses I wanted to go back to springs (pocket springs). I’m kinda tired of all memory foam. Know going in that mattresses at different stores will look different and have different names. Best to go on manufacturers websites, decide what you think you want, then go to the store and if you like one, purchase it there if you have a good sales person. I had a great time looking for a mattress. Christopher was hysterical. And somehow he managed to talk me into buying a mattress when I only came to look. He's a great salesman. Mostly because he wasn't really a salesman. He was full of information and fun. If I didn't just buy a new mattress, I would come to you to buy one. Great job, Christopher!
