The person who helped me was very knowledgeable about the various mattresses they carry and the companies that make them. He was understanding when I told him the budget I had. He let me try the mattresses without making me feel rushed while doing so. And, I’m able to have my new mattress delivered in just 2 days!
Salesperson Jessica was extremely helpful! I had no intention of purchasing a mattress, just browsing. But after talking to her, I was confident I made the right purchase. Very happy!!
My husband and I were shopping at a few other mattress stores to compare our options. On the way home we saw American mattress and decided to make it our last stop. So glad we did. The salesman was super informative, not pushy, and knowledgeable. Nothings worse than going to a mattress store having a salesman hovering over you. We tried a variety of brands and styles before narrowing it down. We had a great experience and highly recommend.
We needed a twin bed for our spare bedroom. They have lots of mattresses on display to choose from, and our salesperson Jerry was friendly, helpful, and knew his stuff. We were afraid this would be a long process but it was quick, easy, and at a fair price. We've purchased mattresses here before and have always been pleased with the service. Thanks so much.
