Amazing experience at the Western store in Chicago, costumer service was great and they helped us figure out what the best option would be for us. We got a good deal and can’t wait to have our new mattress at home :)
Braiden was the best! He was very knowledgeable of all the mattresses and didn’t pressure sell at all. He helped us purchase a queen size tempur-pedic mattress. We really appreciated his time and plan to buy another mattress from Braiden this fall for another bedroom.

Awesome. Super nice sales man. Plenty of American made Mattresses. And the location had been A staple in the community. Store has been there 20 plus years.
