Braiden was the best! He was very knowledgeable of all the mattresses and didn’t pressure sell at all. He helped us purchase a queen size tempur-pedic mattress. We really appreciated his time and plan to buy another mattress from Braiden this fall for another bedroom.

We were very pleased with our purchase experience at the American Mattress at Lawrence and Western. Jeremy was laid back and helpful. He guided us to mattresses in our price range, including floor model deals, answering questions and holding our dog while we tested products! The delivery came on the day and time promised and was ably maneuvered through our stairwell to our guest room.
Amazing experience at the Western store in Chicago, costumer service was great and they helped us figure out what the best option would be for us. We got a good deal and can’t wait to have our new mattress at home :)
