Rocky was so great in helping us get a bed. The size we wanted and was super friendly and nice. Plus, very understanding about our toddler which we super appreciate anywhere we go. He double check and checked again until he found what we wanted. Awesome guy even helped load it !
Our experience at American Mattress was Sensational. Braiden Roe was terrific. He took us through different mattress feels and adjusted after each one depending on our thoughts of what we had just tested. He had in depth knowledge about every mattress and the technology behind it and knew which would fit us best. We actually left to go try out different mattress stores in the area, and after going to 4 others, decided to return back to American as we had fallen in love with a mattress there. Super happy with our purchase!
Bryce and Braden were fantastic in helping us pick a mattress working with our budget and needs. We bought a mattress, came back the next day to trade up and got great service in upgrading the bed after thinking on it. We can’t wait for it to arrive and get rid of the 30 year old mattress we have.
The store where we picked our mattress the manger was very helpful. The store salesman was also very helpful, he took time to find what we were looking for and found it. Appreciated what they did for us.
Can't say enough good things about Braiden. He was extremely helpful, cheerful and polite. I needed help to find the right mattress for my back issues and he guided me to the right one that also fit my budget. Highly recommend!!!
