I ordered a mattress for my son on August 20. It is 10 weeks later and I still have not received the mattress. The receipt says 3-6 weeks for delivery, but then delivery was scheduled for August 30. They did not deliver the mattress and did not reach out until I called them. They then changed delivery to October 17, then again to October 24. Now they gave me a "courtesy call" to let me know it won't be here until sometime in November. Avoid this place.
Worked with Jack there, absolutely phenomenal experience. Started off by just checking out the store. His focus was clearly on making sure I was happy with my purchase rather than selling me the most expensive mattress. For example, there was one mattress that was significantly cheaper than another I expressed serious interest in, and he just said, "This is a great mattress, especially for the price.
