Worked with Jack there, absolutely phenomenal experience. Started off by just checking out the store. His focus was clearly on making sure I was happy with my purchase rather than selling me the most expensive mattress. For example, there was one mattress that was significantly cheaper than another I expressed serious interest in, and he just said, "This is a great mattress, especially for the price.
