This is a small business with a local owner which I think is great to support. I ordered a beauty rest black. The Wrong firmness was delivered but the owner corrected the error at no expense to me. They have a comfort guarantee so you can swap within 90 days. Lou the owner is very helpful and nice.
We were very pleased with the outcome of our new bedroom bed. Our salesman, Pat, was knowledgeable and friendly. We tried all their beds and finally picked out the one our body felt most comfortable.
Walked in chose a mattress and was able to have it delivered later that afternoon. Excellent service and communication throughout. The delivery team was prompt and careful and courteous. Great experience.

Although the building is a little run down Gia was fantastic! So warm, and friendly and fun! She is honest and clear what prices are and what to expect while keeping the customer’s wants and desires met. Very knowledgeable about the beds but not trying to persuade you from your price point. Loved the experience because of her!
