Tracy I. Bonita Springs was excellent! I was able to order what I wanted from floor stock. The only big problem for me was the next day they changed my delivery date. No brackets available for my Headboard and that took another month. When they did get them, their guys had never installed them before and a 15 min job turned into close to 2 hrs. I'm happy with my mattress and base but, be aware and plan accordingly!

Mark Cohen did a great job finding us the right Mattress for our backs and wallet. We were in and out of there in 45 minutes. We knew what we needed and he guided us to the right Mattress.

This is a small business with a local owner which I think is great to support. I ordered a beauty rest black. The Wrong firmness was delivered but the owner corrected the error at no expense to me. They have a comfort guarantee so you can swap within 90 days. Lou the owner is very helpful and nice.

We had an excellent experience at American Mattress. Matt was great at explaining everything, patient with all my questions, and did not give any pressure to spend a ton of money. Louie was also very helpful throughout the transaction. Delivery was quick and the guys were extremely professional and courteous. Five stars plus! Very happy with our choice and highly recommend American Mattress

Although the building is a little run down Gia was fantastic! So warm, and friendly and fun! She is honest and clear what prices are and what to expect while keeping the customer’s wants and desires met. Very knowledgeable about the beds but not trying to persuade you from your price point. Loved the experience because of her!
