I really liked my salesperson, he was friendly and knowledgeable and very nice. The first mattress was too hard - when you try in the showroom they’re worn in and softer. I ordered a second and I’m glad I checked because it was the wrong one. The third was good. Even though there is a 100 day guarantee they charge you delivery for the second one.
I prefer working with a saleswoman. Nectar was new to me. I was in search of a softer mattress and all were too firm. The one thing i would like to add in general on behalf of mattress stores, they should price in or even accept your trade-in of a previous mattress like a Car Dealership does. My salesman, David was very knowledgeable, and very friendly, answered all my questions, David and the manager we’re so helpful. I felt I got a really good deal. I definitely would recommend this place.
I inquired as to trundle bed thin mattress availability over the phone. The salesman said he could sell a thin one off the showroom floor that he had just put out. It was evening and he said he would stay late if need be so my grandkids would get a good nights sleep. I came in and he sold me the thin mattress and a deluxe mattress for the normal bed . . . for a 2 mattress discount. Ask for Gregg,He is extremely knowledgeable about mattresses,I have purchases many mattresses in my 68 years and No One ever explained how they work better than him we live in Connecticut but also have a retirement condo here in Naples and just bought a new mattress and adjustable frame from Gregg No pressure no gimmicks.
