We had a great experience working with Augie. He helped us to find the perfect mattress and was not pushy at all. We shopped around and came back to purchase at American Mattress. Fair and competitive prices, purchase was quick with a full explanation and will be delivered within days of our purchase. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Great selection of brand name mattresses.
Augi was very helpful in talking us through the points of various mattresses. He demonstrated for us (he operated the remote while we lay in the bed) what the fanciest adjustable base does. (I had never heard of one!) He checked the website of the mattress brand we picked and found us an even better sale. Delivery will be Tuesday, 8 days from now. It's hard to believe a mattress is an impulse purchase but I while I had been thinking about looking at one since mine is over 8 years old, I hadn't planned on settling on one on a random Sunday afternoon. I 100% recommend American Mattress. Unlike Mattress Firm, I was treated like an important customer from the second I walked in the door. The salesman listened to every one of my concerns and was able to help me find the perfect mattress that I am totally happy and satisfied with. He was happy, fun and so knowledgeable.
