We just wanted to take a moment to thank Gina and her team for a job well done. We purchased our house in June of 2007, at what turned out to be the market peak for our area.it took this long to find a refinance lender that would work with us. We have bought and sold five homes in the Northwest over the last 20 years. This was by far the smoothest transaction that we have been a part of. Summer was really easy to work with. She did her due diligence to make sure my house insurance agent was doing his part and even recommended another agent because of the issues she was having with my current company. She was honest and didnt try to hide anything. I asked her all kinds of questions good or stupid and she answered them without hesitation. Very smooth transaction and got a gift for our new home. Totally recommend Summer and everything was electronic (convenient) unfortunately didn't get to meet her.
I heard many people have issues with getting mortgage and they end up with losing a buying opportunity. With Summer, I was never concerned about that problem. She is on top of everything, knowing what needs to be done first and how to deal with various cases based on client's need. Unless you are a cash buyer, I would recommend working with Summer, so there will be one less thing to worry about.
