Summer was amazing in helping through the process of not just a home loan, but a refi as well. Her communication was impeccable. She was always available, communicated in the way I needed it (she knew when to text, when to call, when to email, etc.), and absolutely went the extra mile in preparing the paperwork and finding everything that was needed to take as much off of plate as possible. I would definitely recommend her to anyone going through the home loan process.
We purchased and refinanced our home with Gina's help (and that of her team). Our refinance was due to a flood in our bathroom which really complicated the whole matter. She was creative and persistent and we are so very lucky we had her to turn to! She's exactly what we needed. Our higher closing costs were due to construction, not Gina. We had the pleasure of working with Gina on the purchase of a new home. We were living in a state other than where we were purchasing, and as can be the case, there were some challenges in the process. Gina has helped me with 4 loans and 3 refinances over the last 17 years. The last was the most difficult and involved maneuvering around a complicated legal property dispute. I still don't know how she pulled it off, overcoming obstacle after obstacle, but she did because she and her team are THE BEST! ...look no further for help with your mortgage.
My financial situation was a disaster, and it was not getting any better. Most mortgage folks would not even bother to work with me and my situation. However, Summer did not turn me away, and after several months of hard work we were able to get my house refinanced and my situation reversed. Summer pretty much saved my house, and I could not recommend her enough.
I would Like to say what a wonderful job summer did handling my loan process. She made sure she had everything that was needed over the months coming up to closing so that there weren't any surprises. Everything worked out and on time and I'm very happy with the way she handled everything. I would recommend her to anyone buying a house.
