I don't even know where to start, I guess by saying that Mike helped me and my family pull through a very rough situation. I recently completed a re-finance through Mike Bon. He was very helpful throughout the process and took the time to explain what was happening and why at every step. When any documents needed to be reviewed and signed he made sure I had them available by e-mail in plenty of time to review them. For the actual signing I had a choice of e-signature or coming in to his office to sign in person (the option I generally chose).
