I moved from Los Angeles to Mt. Vernon in 2008. Mary Ann was did my financing for my new home. She worked very hard and got me great results. In 2014, I bought another house and still had Mary Ann's contact info. So, I called her and she again did a great job. Both times, the rates she got for me were better than anyone else I had inquired with.

Mary Ann was referred though my co- worker. Unfortunately due to lack of time I never met with Mary Ann but we were able to refinance our home loan with Mary Ann over the phone. She is very detailed oriented and very quick with her responses. She provides very convenience service to her customer. It is very easy to work with her. Mary Ann is the best! Nobody works harder for you or is more patient. She made sure I got the lowest rates and she worked with me every step of the way to explain exactly what I needed. She is also an incredibly sweet person. I would recommend her without any hesitation. She helped me get my original mortgage under some very complicated circumstances, and also with my refinance. Dennis was easy to work with and was able to make our house happen! I came in with a list of requests (read: demands) and he graciously and expertly met or exceeded all of them. He communicated with me throughout the process, making sure I was informed and requesting additional information as needed. Home buying and selling is so full of anxiety and mystery and worry when you are a lay person, but Dennis put my mind at ease.

For in-house loans the entire process is done locally at the Northwest Corporate Center. There are ample opportunities for training and ongoing education also provided on an ongoing basis.. And the leadership is responsive and experienced in the challenges that loan officers face.
