He progresses in a Plan, Execute, Acheive manner with both his employees and his referral sources. It has been such a joy working with Troy! You can tell that he truly cares about every person in our office as well as every loan we are working on. He goes the extra mile over and over again to help, encourage and follow up on each transaction. He also cares about us as people, not just as loan officers.
