From the very beginning Jen let me know what I needed to do to fix my credit to get started. Once I was able to get it fixed the process from start to finish was so smooth! Jen and shay were on top of making sure we had all the required paperwork together for the final approval. Anytime we had a question or concern they were there to answer them at any time! Ron made buying a house not scary. As a first time home buyer, everything can be intimidating, however, Ron was amazing when it came to answering any questions that we may have in regards to anything that came up. He went through every piece of paper we signed or received and made sure that everything made sense and we felt comfortable with it all. It made a scary and hard experience feel easy and enjoyable.
