Brian O'Halloran at American Pacific Mortgage was enormously helpful when my sister and I applied for a mortgage loan. Not good at all. They immediately re-sold my mortgage to another company and now I am dealing with a nightmare where the two companies won't talk to each other about what payments have gone through and so I have late fees I absolutely should not be responsible for. This is my first experience with home buying so its possible some of this is my fault but I really just don't think it is. The original company wouldn't even let me set up autopay to start and has not answered or returned a single phone call. It's like they ghoste... read more
