I have never written a review, but I feel that Tom Fernandez at American Pacific Mortgage has done such great work for my family and me. The experience didn’t feel like a business transaction and more casual and low stress. There were no mistakes or other issues throughout process. It may sound cliche but you’re in good hands with Tom. Our home closed yesterday. Great experience.
Tom is one of the most informative person to work with. He answers any and all questions from my partner and I. He responds in a reasonable time and him and his team works really fast behind the scenes for our first home purchase!
