Mr Summers, has worked with me to finance several homes and he has always exceeded my expectations related to speed, the quality of structure and loan terms. Mr Summers is extremely knowledgable and professional. Given the prior experience with AMA and Mr Summers. I will not use anyone else for my mortgage needs.
I would give this company a lower rating if possible. First, they DON'T STOP CALLING! Every week I receive at least one call from them, as I tell them I don't need any mortgage assistance they hang up on me. They are rude and disrespectful. Then they use an endless amount of phone numbers to reach out to people and then do it all over again the next week. The AMA team is amazing at finding solutions and helping to navigate an always painful process. We will never work with anyone else for any mortgage needs.
DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES. This company will call you 5 times a day for the rest of your life to sell you something you don't even want. I tried reporting them to the BBB for their constant spam. I am not the person you are calling for, stop calling me!
Spam you nonstop. I told them to take me off their list and they called me with a different number right after. Annoying company.
